WHEN: Saturday, November 12, 2011.
WHERE: St Thomas More Parish Hall, Horse Shoe Lane, Sheldon, Birmingham B26 3HU.
WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT: Birds to be benched from 7am, and judging commences at 9.30am. 50p per bird benched. Free admission. There will be a raffle and refreshments available. Plenty of parking at the hall. The event finishes about 4.15pm.

The most regular abbreviations used in the magazine are:
CBS = Cage Bird Society
BS = Budgerigar Society (eg Northern BS; but BS on its own always means THE Budgerigar Society, ie the national organisation)
CC = Canary Club (eg Border Fancy CC)
