John Hayward says: Two parrot thefts this week. The macaw stolen in Notts is an Annex A CITES bird and cannot be traded without a legal Article 10 certificate. Anyone buying or selling the macaw can suffer serious custodial sentences by trading illegally in endangered species. There is a reward offered for its safe return and any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief.
